Sub-Processors
Third-Party Services Processing Personal Data
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
1. Overview
Genplify engages third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to help deliver the Service. Under GDPR Article 28, we maintain this list of every sub-processor that may process personal data on behalf of our Customers. The list below is current as of this page’s effective date.

3. Updates to This List
We will provide reasonable advance notice to Customers before adding a new sub-processor or materially changing how an existing sub-processor processes personal data. Notification is sent to the Customer administrator’s registered email address at least 30 days before the new sub-processor begins processing. If a Customer objects to a new sub-processor, the Customer may terminate the affected Service in accordance with the Terms of Service.
